Everything about this place is good. BUT if you keep a party here, be prepared to have your guests left starving. They literally do not serve you food and do cost cutting by ensuring super super slow service. The two floor managers just sit and chit chat. Bartenders are not upto the mark. And the main manager doesn't care about what's happening, all hel say is *il look into it* and then MIA.

The hotel was located in a very nice location..Near to park street..The staff of the hotel was very polite in their behaviour..I like to mention Souvik,Shuvam,Tamal from front office ...They really help me to have a wonderful and comfortable stay.

Great experience. People there are really helpful. Specially Sanjib and Subham, Anirudh are great help. Good experience Very comfortable and warm room. Plenty of electric sockets to charge my devices and work with my laptop. Great TV and really excellent hot shower, so easy to use. Friendly staff and fantastic breakfasts. I love the Karelian pies. The hotel is very central within easy reach of shops, eating places and metro, trams, buses and the Central Station. I will certainly be back.

Room was clean and well maintained. Sanjib and tamal were very helpful in assisting us throughout our stay. The restaurant was also pretty good. The location of the hotel is also near to US embassy. Good restaurants nearby the hotel as well.
